SunExpress, a Turkey-based airline carrying around ten million passengers annually and serving tour-operator, VFR and domestic markets, faced a complex distribution challenge: tour-operator allotments and seat-only inventory were managed in separate systems and teams, causing missed revenue and ancillary opportunities, high manual overheads (multiple Excel spreadsheets and two revenue analysts per flight), and inconsistent revenue management.
