IBS Software built the Auto DR-Delivery web solution that integrates with airline and delivery partner systems so ground staff only need to scan a baggage tag, print a forwarding label, and hand the bag off while all verification, data exchange and updates happen automatically. The IBS Software solution cut processing time from more than 5 minutes per bag to under 10 seconds, dramatically reduced errors, removed the need for extensive training, and made staffing scalable through a simple, intuitive UI.
