Skypak Tours, the exclusive tour wholesaler of Skymark Airlines, relied on fixed pre-packaged flight-and-hotel products sold mainly through call centers and could not offer customizable itineraries, ancillaries, or competitive dynamic pricing—shortcomings that left millennial travelers underserved. To address this, Skypak Tours engaged IBS Software and its dynamic packaging platform to modernize its distribution and booking capabilities.
IBS Software implemented a self-service, mobile-friendly dynamic packaging solution (deployed on AWS) with omnichannel booking for web and call-center use, API-driven partner integrations, and automated back-office processes. The platform created a new digital revenue channel, expanded inventory and ancillary options, reduced call-center dependency, and delivered higher-than-forecasted bookings and revenues while enabling flexible pricing and ongoing operational efficiencies.
