Circus Circus Las Vegas' partner in turning adversity into opportunity

Circus Circus Las Vegas, an iconic Las Vegas Strip resort with 3,773 rooms and a 170‑space RV Park, faced an urgent systems migration after a change in ownership and the sudden demand shock from COVID‑19. The property needed to migrate onto Treasure Island’s infrastructure and launch a new booking solution quickly—IBS Software’s Hospitality Internet Booking Engine (IBE) and Demand Gateway—under an accelerated 15‑business‑day cutover while also adapting to rapidly changing guest behavior.

IBS Software delivered a cloud‑first implementation using its IBE on the Demand Gateway hosted via AWS (ECS), enabling automated, scalable deployments and rapid PMS and analytics integrations. In 15 business days IBS launched the new engine, pivoted 30 days later to add online booking for the 170‑space RV Park, and achieved a significant uptick in conversion—especially on mobile—while providing Circus Circus Las Vegas greater flexibility to optimize direct sales and digital marketing.
