A IBM Case Study
Proximus, a digital services and telecom provider in the Benelux region, was struggling to move from a traditional waterfall model to a scaled Agile framework. Its teams were using a patchwork of spreadsheets, legacy tools, and Jira, which created data quality problems, manual effort, and poor visibility across projects. Proximus turned to IBM Targetprocess to find a better way to align work with strategy.
IBM implemented Targetprocess to give Proximus end-to-end portfolio visibility and a more uniform way of working across its DevOps teams. The solution helped Proximus connect strategy to user stories, track progress and dependencies, and speed decision-making; the company has since onboarded more than 3,000 users and is continuing its Agile rollout with plans to integrate Jira more tightly.
