GetFPV partnered with iAdvize to deploy a vetted community of independent drone pilots who advise visitors via targeted chat and asynchronous messaging; a chatbot pre-qualifies requests and routes purchase questions to experts available 24/7. The program drove strong outcomes: 18% post-chat conversion, 35% repeat purchase rate, 95% CSAT, plus during COVID a +6 point lift to 18% conversion after chat, a 41% uplift in AOV and a doubling of monthly turnover after chat.
