i6 Group provided a comprehensive platform, including its patented eHandshake® technology, to digitally connect pilots and refuellers in real-time. This solution optimized refuelling by over 50%, leading to significant savings. At London Heathrow alone, British Airways saved approximately 2,000 tonnes of fuel and 6,000 tonnes of CO₂, while also enabling safer, contact-free operations.
