Gorgias, a multi-channel helpdesk for ecommerce merchants, faced fragmented marketing data across tools like Segment, HubSpot, Zapier and Periscope that made account-level insight and ROI attribution difficult. To address this, Gorgias implemented Hull — leveraging Hull’s HubSpot Connector and Data Processor — to aggregate user- and account-level data and clean up marketing lead-source information.

Hull standardized and automated attribution and data flows, computing source attribution in the Processor and sending clean properties to HubSpot to eliminate manual errors. The result was trusted, account-level dashboards and simpler reporting: Gorgias discovered that 73% of deals that receive demos close, reallocated budget from non‑converting to converting channels, and can now more accurately predict and track expected monthly ARR per channel.
