Credo used Hotjar to help an ecommerce client, V1CE, address low website engagement and weak conversion rates. By analyzing user behavior with Hotjar’s heatmaps and session insights, Credo identified friction on the homepage and saw that visitors were more interested in case studies than product features, but those case studies were buried too low on the page.
Using Hotjar, Credo reorganized the content hierarchy and moved more engaging information earlier in the user journey. This simple redesign led to a 14.5% increase in page engagement and contributed to a 2.2x revenue increase for the client, showing a clear measurable impact from the Hotjar-driven optimization work.
