Hotjar’s insights led re:member to redesign the credit card application form by moving the benefits section to the top and adding expandable fields with more information. An A/B test showed the new version increased affiliate conversion rate by 43% and overall conversions by 17%, helping secure stakeholder buy-in for the redesign.
