Voices.com is an online marketplace matching brands with voice-over talent that had rapidly grown to a 60+ person sales organization. As the team expanded beyond a single floor, VP of Sales Ben Jackson needed a way to maintain communication, make sales achievements visible in real time, and automate recognition—data existed in Salesforce and spreadsheets but wasn’t being shared or celebrated promptly.

Ben integrated Salesforce reports with Hoopla and broadcast leaderboards, countdowns, recognition alerts and team content across seven office TVs to surface real-time metrics and behaviors. The result: a 42% increase in average deal size, 20,000 additional unique activities since January 2016 (activities per account manager rose from 556 to 822 per month, a 48% overall increase), marked boosts in morale and peer mentorship, and even stronger recruiting through visible cultural fit.
