6S Marketing is a Canadian digital marketing agency with offices in Vancouver and Toronto and a 27-person team. Although it had a sophisticated Salesforce implementation, the company struggled to connect employees to real-time KPIs (calls, opportunities, lead activity, client metrics, project efficiency) and wanted a more engaging way to surface performance between weekly huddles, demonstrate productivity to grant reviewers and prospects, and drive sales behavior.
By implementing Hoopla’s broadcast and gamification platform integrated with Salesforce, 6S put live leaderboards, contests, custom channels and multimedia on office TVs so reps could see and act on daily goals.
