Glassdoor, founded on transparency and home to nearly three million employee reviews, needed a way to motivate its sales team to track progress against key business goals and boost productivity. Nick Boeka, head of Partner Operations, sought a solution to drive measurable behavior change and better CRM data capture, and found Hoopla on the Salesforce AppExchange.

Hoopla’s cloud-based sales engagement platform was quick to implement and immediately energized the team—so much so the rollout earned a standing ovation—and drove rapid results: appointments set rose (from about 85% to 125%), pipeline and revenue grew, reps began hitting quotas and stretch goals, and new hires ramped faster. KPI tracking in Salesforce improved from roughly 70–75% to 100%, contest participation jumped to 100%, and overall visibility, accountability and forecasting accuracy for executives materially improved.
