Visiting Angels, a US-based senior home care provider with 600+ franchisees (Luke Thompson co-owns five in Wisconsin), was struggling to manage inbound emails, voicemails and leads across multiple franchises while coordinating 200 clients, 200 caregivers and 500+ referral sources with a small admin team. After moving to Google Workspace they looked for a Gmail-based solution and selected Hiver’s shared inbox tools to bring order and accountability to their email workflow.
Hiver implemented two shared inboxes plus features like Assignments, Email Tags, Email Status and a mobile app so any team member can pick up, assign and act on messages. The change saved Visiting Angels 62 hours in a month (23 hours from Assignments, 19 from Email Tags, 20 from Email Status), delivered continuous inbox coverage and easier knowledge sharing, and drove a reported 100% increase in productivity.
