LatestFreeStuff, the UK’s most popular deals website that lists independently verified freebies, relied heavily on Gmail for all customer, brand, and internal communication. As incoming contact emails were repeatedly forwarded to different teams, the process became slow and chaotic — admins couldn’t track whether requests were acted on, teams spent time on back-and-forth emails, and searching for client threads was difficult. To solve this, LatestFreeStuff adopted Hiver to manage multiple mailboxes directly inside Gmail.
Using Hiver, LatestFreeStuff set up shared inboxes (Support, Marketing, etc.), assigns emails in just two clicks, tracks status from a sidebar, adds internal Notes, and uses shared templates for repeat responses.
