G&A Partners Leverages PrismHR Hiring to Solve Recruiting Challenges

G&A Partners, a people‑first professional employer organization with more than 25 years’ experience, faced a common SMB pain point: recruiting. Clients repeatedly asked for an applicant tracking system (ATS) to post jobs, manage candidates, and speed hiring, so G&A set out to add an integrated, private‑label ATS to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue. Already partnered with PrismHR for payroll and benefits, G&A’s HR Technology Solutions team selected PrismHR Hiring (powered by HiringThing) to meet that need.

G&A rolled the ATS out via PrismHR’s QuickStart program, which automatically provisioned the private‑labeled solution to clients, handled pricing and onboarding, and provided partner sales/marketing and customer support; G&A also produced two demo videos for client requests. The impact was rapid: users grew from 146 in May 2021 to 1,959 in July 2021 (1,813 new clients), with higher client satisfaction—clients praised ease of use, integrated background checks, and seamless data transfer into onboarding—while G&A staff could focus on other client needs.
