HiringBranch implemented a 20-minute automated speaking assessment that measured all seven core skills and was validated against new hire pledge performance. The results showed strong correlation with top-tier fundraisers, leading Fundraising Direct to cut 90% of interviews, reduce hiring costs by 1.5 FTEs, increase pledges by 10%, and get hiring done in less than 48 hours during spikes. HiringBranch also added training simulations, helping candidates ramp up quickly after hire.
