Red Hat, a global open-source technology firm with roughly 11,000 employees and more than 2,000 sales reps across 85 offices in 35 countries, faced widespread content sprawl: thousands of sales assets in multiple systems, languages, and formats that were hard for reps to find and left marketing without clear analytics or alignment with sales needs.
After evaluating 15+ vendors, Red Hat implemented Highspot to build a centralized “Red Hat Content Hub,” consolidating 3,000+ content items, integrating with Salesforce, and onboarding 2,700 users through focused change management and training. The solution created a single source of content and analytics, improving discoverability, sales–marketing alignment, and data-driven optimization of content across the sales cycle.
