Highspot helped Fastly increase sales-team engagement and learning retention by letting sellers learn on their own time, while managers tracked progress and confirmed mastery of new skills. Fastly also used Highspot Analytics and embedded SurveyMonkey surveys in Learning Paths to gather feedback and monitor completion, helping the company drive meaningful behavioral change quickly and improve training responsiveness.
