Dynatrace’s enablement team needed a better way to onboard and continuously train its customer-facing teams while making in-person coaching more effective. After implementing Highspot, Dynatrace used Highspot Learning Paths and other enablement tools to guide new sellers through foundational training and support ongoing learning across pre- and post-sales teams.
With Highspot, Dynatrace reworked onboarding into a smoother learning journey and added Sales Plays for role-specific guidance in the field. The results included a 77% increase in course completion, a 96% completion rate for quarterly training, a 90% adoption rate for Sales Plays, and an overall active learning rate of 100% across the user base.
