Vodafone faced a complex challenge managing more than 10,000 properties across England and Wales, with its legal team spending about 5,500 hours a year on property matters and handling much of the process by email. Vodafone wanted better visibility into transactions, faster cycle times, improved data on its estate, and a way to move its team away from administrative chasing and into more strategic work, using a more connected platform built with HighQ.

HighQ helped implement a centralized property portal on its platform, integrating workflows, searchable document storage, dashboards, calendars, and automated alerts for Vodafone, Cushman & Wakefield, and other stakeholders. The result was that external agents could initiate matters directly, Vodafone Legal no longer had to police instructions, and internal resource needs fell from three full-time employees to half of one, while external costs stayed flat and data quality, consistency, and KPI tracking improved.
