Moore’s Electric and Mechanical, a construction company providing commercial construction, HVAC, and industrial services, needed to improve process efficiency in its high-volume hiring for Helper roles. With HighMatch, Moore’s moved screening to the first step of hiring and used problem-solving modules, including spatial visualization, to identify candidates with the right technical abilities. HighMatch Interview Guides also gave managers better behavioral questions to use in interviews, leading to more confident hiring decisions, stronger interview conversations, and better assessment of risk factors.
