The analysis showed that Spatial Visualization and Structure were the key success traits, giving managers a clearer target for hiring. As a result, interviews became more streamlined, managers had Job Fit Reports and Interview Guides, and Fischbach saw stronger teams, happier hires, and reduced turnover.
