Missouri REALTORS®, founded in 1936 and the second-largest trade association in the state with over 18,000 members, faced declining member engagement between its three annual meetings and difficulty collecting accurate, actionable member data across a large, geographically dispersed membership.

To address this, MR launched THE LANDING, a Higher Logic-powered community integrated with a new RAMCO AMS via a custom API, and streamlined its site and communities while adding the LEGAL LINE knowledge base. The platform drove strong participation (151 communities and 11,138 discussion posts), enabled year‑round committee collaboration, improved member communications and data, and spawned an Ambassador Program to sustain engagement.
