The American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) is an international non-profit membership association for pharmacists and healthcare professionals serving older adults. Facing a manual, labor-intensive renewal process tied to a 90-day grace period, ASCP was losing revenue and spending excessive staff time chasing renewals and managing inconsistent, untargeted communications.
