Using Higher Logic’s Communications and Community tools, American Mensa launched automated onboarding and drip campaigns — including a simple automated birthday email — sending about 250K emails per month. The birthday campaign alone re-engaged long-dormant members, retained 500 members, generated $21K+ in sales, and continues to run automatically as one of their best-performing programs.
