Create a Professional Social Network with AMS Integration

The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) is a global peer-networking organization for legal technology professionals that wanted a modern, member-driven online community. ILTA’s challenge was to build a full-featured social environment that tightly integrated with a new AMS to ensure secure, accurate data exchange, single sign-on, and a proven partnership between technology providers.

ILTA implemented Higher Logic’s cloud community platform integrated with the Personify360 AMS and launched the ILTA Connected Community in 2009. The pre-built integration reduced implementation time and cost, synchronized member data, and upgraded discussion forums into a mobile-friendly social experience. Outcomes include more than 12,000 public discussion posts in 12 months, 10,111 profiles with photos, 13,173 unique logins, 6,936 member connections, and new member resources like LegalSEC and a Legal Systems Test Repository.
