The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), which uses netFORUM as its AMS, launched a virtual series called Membership Mondays to raise awareness of member benefits. The challenge was finding an easy way to promote sessions, manage registrations for different time slots, and collect attendee feedback without overloading their web manager.
ASNT used Higher Logic Communications landing pages to create branded registration pages, automatically group registrants for confirmation/reminder automation, and run post‑webinar surveys that feed attendee data back into their database. The result: a self‑managed workflow that tracks email and social sign‑ups, yields positive member feedback, and exposes non‑members and lapsed members to new programs and benefits.
