ASAE uses Higher Logic Thrive to Support Member Engagement, Retention, Events, Credentialing, Volunteering, and More

American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) needed a better way to boost member engagement, support volunteering and committees, and keep members connected around events, education, and professional development. ASAE turned to Higher Logic and its Higher Logic Thrive community platform to help create a more active member experience while saving staff time.

With Higher Logic, ASAE used Collaborate to support its CAE credentialing program, event follow-up discussions, and ongoing council and committee webinars. The result was stronger engagement before and after events, continued networking through event-specific groups, and increased community activity during the pandemic, all of which helped ASAE deepen member value and retention.
