To solve this, ASAE partnered with Association Analytics to unify disparate data sources and bring community insights into a single analytics environment.

Association Analytics built a consolidated Acumen data platform and integrated Higher Logic’s Collaborate community via Activity Sync to provide near‑real‑time visualizations, automated conversation tracking and alerting for staff. The work made engagement actionable: community users with at least one activity per month generate 5× more revenue, event attendees show 6× more community activity, and renewing members have 50% more activity—enabling targeted outreach, faster responses to emerging issues (like GDPR) and a data‑driven approach to growing member engagement.
