ADA’s Higher Logic Thrive Community Saves Staff Time and Improves Member Engagement

The Australian Dental Association (ADA), the peak national body for dentists in Australia, uses Higher Logic Thrive Platform to run its online member community, Peer. ADA needed a better way to connect its nationwide members, share resources, and manage different access levels for member groups while reducing the volume of individual member enquiries handled by staff.

Higher Logic helped ADA streamline community access through security groups, automation rules, and integration with its member management system, while also providing dedicated advisory support. As a result, ADA saved staff time by shifting questions from email into the community, improved member engagement and knowledge sharing, and gained real-time insights to tailor content. ADA also plans to use Higher Logic’s mentoring add-on to expand member benefits and support future engagement.
