ACPPA’s Digital Transformation with Higher Logic

The Australian Catholic Primary Principals’ Association (ACPPA), which represents more than 1,200 Catholic primary school principals, needed a better way to manage board communication and document sharing with very limited staff support. Relying on long email threads, multiple attachments, and inconsistent processes created version-control issues, extra administrative burden, and made collaboration harder for volunteer board members. ACPPA turned to Higher Logic and its Higher Logic Thrive platform to address these challenges.

Higher Logic implemented a consolidated, secure platform that brought communication, file sharing, and member engagement into one place, with hands-on support from implementation through training. As a result, ACPPA centralised board communications and document storage, reduced reliance on Dropbox and email chains, and moved to a more professional system built for member-based organisations, improving processes and the overall member experience.
