QBE North America Enhances Claims Service for Customers with Text Messaging

QBE North America, a specialist insurer, wanted to improve the claims experience for its customers and provide a more responsive, convenient service. To do this, QBE turned to Hi Marley Inc and its Insurance Cloud to support claims communication through text messaging.

Hi Marley Inc integrated its Insurance Cloud with QBE’s Guidewire ClaimCenter system, enabling automated status updates, photo and document sharing, and faster customer responses. The result was stronger customer satisfaction, with service scores averaging 4.6 out of 5, and especially effective outreach during the California wildfires when text messaging allowed QBE to reach customers whose landlines had been destroyed.
