Using the Hi Marley Insurance Cloud, Chesapeake Employers Insurance Company enabled two-way texting, case visibility controls for compliant collaboration, intelligent translation, and automated appointment reminders. The results included an 85% opt-in rate, an average time to first contact of 7 minutes, and 23% of text messages including a media attachment, all of which improved communication, claim handling, and the overall workers’ compensation experience.
