Bankers Insurance Uses the Hi Marley Insurance Cloud Across Lines of Business

Bankers Insurance Group worked with Hi Marley Inc after major hurricanes exposed the need for faster, more effective claims and underwriting communication. The Florida-based insurer wanted a better way to support customers during catastrophic events and improve daily claims handling, while also streamlining inspection workflows.

Using the Hi Marley Insurance Cloud and intelligent text messaging platform, Bankers Insurance Group contacted storm-affected customers, collected photos and videos for claims triage, and later launched a self-inspection program for homeowners via SMS. With Hi Marley Inc, Bankers improved claims closed within 30 days from 2% to 30%, reduced average days to contact and inspect by more than 50%, and increased inspections completed within 15 days, including perimeter inspections rising from 46% to 88%, with customers rating the experience 4.5 out of 5.
