Pella partnered with HGS Digital to improve online appointment conversions and speed up campaign rollouts for its window and door replacement business. The company wanted to move its real-time appointment setting application to Oracle WebCenter Sites CMS, add time-slot management and QAS address validation, and improve personalization, visibility, and channel expansion.
HGS Digital implemented a real-time appointment scheduler using Oracle WebCenter Sites, integrated with Eloqua and the corporate CRM, and built the front end with AJAX, JSON, and jQuery. The solution helped Pella achieve faster campaign launches, higher appointment conversions and revenue, reduced dependence on paid partner spend, and efficiency gains through consolidated content repositories and cloud-based CMS management.
