Worldwide Designing, Developing and Global Suppling Company, a global designer and supplier of semiconductor technologies, was running a legacy enterprise web content management (EWCM) platform and facing rising uncertainty around a vendor-led upgrade. The company needed to reduce dependence on developers, improve application performance, avoid additional infrastructure and license costs, and address the pending end of support for Apache Tomcat.

HGS Digital recommended keeping the existing EWCM in place while moving part of the experience delivery to a headless CMS model, then validated the approach with a roadmap and proof of concept.
