Beachbody, the creator of popular fitness and weight loss programs like P90X and INSANITY, needed help modernizing a sprawling web environment with more than 30 properties. Its content updates were slow, ecommerce experiences were inconsistent, and marketing teams depended heavily on IT to publish changes, creating delays of 5 to 10 days. Beachbody turned to HGS Digital and Oracle technologies including WebCenter Sites, ATG, and Endeca to better connect content, commerce, and data.

HGS Digital implemented the first full integration across WebCenter Sites, ATG, and Endeca by starting with a focused launch of UltimateReset.com. The new architecture was designed to be scalable and repeatable across Beachbody’s web properties, and the launch went live in October 2014 with zero defects and no user bugs reported. HGS Digital also enabled instant content updates in response to business data, reducing time to market and setting the foundation for broader rollout, training, and ongoing support.
