NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, the nation's largest not-for-profit hospital, faced the challenge of consolidating its complex ecosystem of over 200 public websites containing 100,000 pages. They needed to eliminate these content silos, empower individual departments to own their web content, and implement new multimedia tools to better engage and convert site visitors. HGS Digital was engaged to address these challenges.

HGS Digital implemented a new website and content management system (CMS) on Oracle WebCenter Sites. This solution provided a pre-built, customizable workflow that allowed departments to manage content within brand standards while simplifying the overall content creation process. The results included more online appointment requests from visitors, a faster time-to-market for new content using pre-built modules, and a high return on investment through reduced total cost of ownership and added functionalities.
