Modern Analytics, a provider of fully automated, machine learning-based predictive analytics, needed higher-quality data to improve the accuracy of its models. While its Model Factory platform let customers build hundreds of predictive models, many of those models were hindered by gaps and variability in customer data. HG Insights provided Technographics to help fill those gaps and improve decision-making.
Using HG Insights’ Technographics, Modern Analytics’s customers were able to combine high-quality install intelligence with their own data sources. The result was stronger predictive performance, including a 16% improvement in variants explained and a 12% increase in interpretability, while also reducing noise and data acquisition costs. Modern Analytics reported that HG Insights significantly improved model results and helped uncover new trends and actionable forecasts.
