Hexaware was engaged to provide SAP Global Implementation, Global Template Development & Rollout, and Support & Maintenance on the SAP NetWeaver platform to harmonize processes, people and data.

Hexaware implemented a template-based rollout (Bronze/Silver/Gold packages) across 30 countries in 11 languages using an 80% global / 20% local standardization model, covering workforce administration, payroll interfaces, self-service, recruitment, learning, performance and compensation. Hexaware’s approach delivered clear business impact: a 30% reduction in shared services costs, a 25% increase in HR FTE-to-organization FTE ratio, and about 40% savings in total cost of ownership, alongside multi-year global rollouts and ongoing support.
