Asia’s Largest Property Rental & Real Estate Company faced fragmented Property Management Systems (PMS) and multiple Central Reservation Systems (CRS) that could not be easily joined, and needed to support industry standards (HTNG/OTA) while simplifying build and deploy processes. Hexaware, using MuleSoft’s CloudHub iPaaS and a Mule ESB approach, was engaged to modernize the integration landscape and enable seamless onboarding of new CRS/PMS connections.

Hexaware implemented an API-led ESB on MuleSoft CloudHub with canonical data formats based on HTNG/OTA standards, and established a DevOps/CICD pipeline (BitBucket, Jenkins, JIRA, Maven, MUnit) to standardize integrations. The deployment delivered measurable impact: 33% faster integration for new PMS implementations, 50% faster deployments, 40% faster time-to-market, a 200% increase in portal hits, ~300K transactions per OTA per year and $1.2M in cost savings.
