World’s Largest Professional Services Firm faced a paper-based, hard-to-track contract management process and engaged Hexaware to digitize and store contract documents, extract contract metadata, record obligations and assign owners, and enable task assignment and tracking. Hexaware developed the Contract Obligations Manager to serve the firm’s customers and their counterparties.

Hexaware implemented a secure, scalable Microsoft SharePoint 2013 solution deployed on Microsoft Azure with SAML/Active Directory integration, provider-hosted apps, bulk upload, scheduled batch processes and interactive dashboards. The Contract Obligations Manager created a central, searchable repository, automated notifications and approvals, simplified obligation and task management, and delivered graphical reports for senior management—significantly reducing contract lifecycle effort and improving visibility and compliance.
