Legal Professional Services Company, with 15 global offices across the US, Europe and Asia, needed to modernize its legacy PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 to support aggressive growth, reduce costly customizations, and take advantage of PeopleSoft 9.2’s global capabilities. They engaged Hexaware to lead a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade project to stay current with Oracle support, streamline workflows, and deliver a more user-friendly, scalable HCM platform.
Hexaware ran stakeholder workshops, used its PROBE pre-upgrade analysis tool and applied its SPEED methodology to execute a phased Discover–Develop–Deploy upgrade (including a two-step database upgrade and Oracle client integration for PUM). Hexaware delivered PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 “On time and On budget,” reduced customizations, replaced manual processes, improved employee insights, and ensured seamless support and scalability for future growth while continuing to roll out eManager Desktop functionality.
