Leading US Airline, one of the world’s largest carriers operating roughly 900 aircraft, sought to boost the efficiency of its above‑the‑wing airport services and deliver a better customer experience. Hexaware recommended and deployed its web‑based Airport Suite — a single platform enterprise application designed to streamline check‑in, bag drop, boarding and agent‑assisted services while integrating with airport devices and existing systems.

Hexaware implemented the turnkey Airport Suite and provided phased rollout and 24/7 support, achieving broad adoption: more than 7,000 airport agents using the solution across 334 airports in 64 countries. The suite handles an average of 120,000 check‑ins and 550,000 boardings (peaking to 200,000/850,000 in holiday periods), supports ~20% of special‑needs check‑ins, reduced processing times, improved agent productivity and consistency, and enabled metric capture for data‑driven process and training improvements — all delivered by Hexaware.
