Global Accounting Firm engaged Hexaware to address outdated Lotus Notes–based compliance and audit tools (PICT and CART&R) that required consolidation, additional reporting and new user workflows for auditees, auditors and administrators. Hexaware was asked to modernize the environment and add functionality to improve audit tracking, staff productivity and compliance reporting.

Hexaware built PICART — consolidating PICT and CART&R and re‑platforming to ASP.NET MVC3/SQL while streamlining deployments with TFS and tracking with JIRA. Hexaware automated 16 workflows for regression testing, enabled paperless audit submissions, eliminated dual entry, improved reporting and user experience, reduced deployment risk and maintenance effort, and delivered more frequent releases with significant time and cost savings.
