Leading North American Tax and Audit Firm needed an integrated benchmarking platform to collect survey and reference data, map that data to appropriate industry benchmarks, analyze results, and produce client-ready reports comparing performance against peers. The firm engaged Hexaware to deliver a centralized repository and reporting facility, with an expectation that solutions such as TIBCO’s Formvine and modern analytics/reporting tools would be used to streamline data capture and presentation.

Hexaware implemented an end-to-end solution—building an online survey system on TIBCO’s Formvine, designing a Benchmarking Data Model, integrating Formvine DB, CAP IQ and APQC feeds via SSIS into a benchmarking data warehouse, and delivering a self-service reporting portal using Spotfire and SSRS. As a result, the client gained real-time access to benchmarking data, on-demand peer comparisons for costs, FTEs and cycle times, faster survey collection, and customizable visual analytics—enabling the firm to quantify performance gaps and deliver sharper, data-driven advisory insights to its customers.
