Leading Healthcare Organization, which serves more than 70 million Americans across several states, was running PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 and needed to upgrade to PeopleSoft 9.2 to leverage new functionality. They also required faster, intuitive self-service invoice payout, mobile access for a growing millennial workforce, and a modern supplier portal. Hexaware was selected to lead the PeopleSoft modernization and upgrade engagement.
Hexaware upgraded PeopleSoft FSCM (9.1 → 9.2) and tools, implemented self-service payment requests and supplier onboarding, redesigned security, rolled out mobility with Fluid UX, and tuned performance using a 20-consultant onsite–offshore team. Delivered in a 10-month go-live, the project eliminated paper-based invoice routing and manual supplier setup, enabled mobile transactions and real-time dashboards, and improved application performance and user experience. UAT metrics show controlled defect reduction (Cycle 1: 1,423 tests/142 defects; Cycle 2: 142 tests/13 defects), underscoring Hexaware’s measurable testing and delivery outcomes.
