Leading Global Custodian Bank engaged Hexaware to manage and support its billing/internal IT systems across a global footprint. As the preferred vendor since 2007, Hexaware was asked to provide ITIL-based, SLA-driven 24x5.5 support for a complex environment spanning 20 applications and multiple technologies, while controlling costs and improving service reliability.
Hexaware delivered end-to-end L1–L3 application support, application infrastructure, architecture and monitoring through a global delivery model and implemented ServiceNow for service management. As a result, Hexaware achieved year-on-year reductions in support headcount and IT spend and improved service management capabilities for the Leading Global Custodian Bank.
