The Leading Global Banking and Financial Services Company, with more than 100,000 employees across nearly 70 countries, needed to achieve over €1 billion in operational cost savings and targeted Corporate Real Estate (CRE) for significant reductions. To create a consolidated, best‑in‑class analytics capability across workspace, property, lease, projects, facilities, sustainability and customer satisfaction, the bank engaged Hexaware to deliver a Business Intelligence & Analytics end‑to‑end solution including data warehousing and CRE analytics.

Hexaware implemented a top‑down BI program—defining 81 strategic KPIs across 31 functions, consolidating the application landscape from 152 to 68 sources, and building a four‑layer central data warehouse with dashboards and mobile reports to enable self‑service analytics and transparent Total Cost of Occupancy measurement. The Hexaware solution simplified the IT portfolio, freed IT to focus on new initiatives, and helped the CRE division realize approximately EUR 300 million in cost savings in the first year.
